The Role We are looking for a high-energy Customer Support Specialist for the Spanish-speaking markets to join our Customer Success Department.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will.
Provide incredible support to the clients by showing great reactivity in solving accounting-related questions they may have Educate users on how to manage their business better with all the tools that Holded offers Proactively identify issues before arising Working cross-functionally with the Sales and Product teams.
Keeping track of clients' feedback and suggesting improvements.
Ensure that best-in-class service is given to customers A passion for teamwork and collaboration - you’ll be working with multiple teams on a regular basis and will help to build the Customer Success “brand” across our entire organization.

As a self-service product, the CS strategy has a huge impact on how the users onboard the product and bring more value to our users.
About you You are a Spanish native speaker but fluent in English You have a Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration or similar) You have a strong knowledge of accounting and/or finance You have a proactive attitude You are a Digital Native You are able to learn quickly about various topics Extra awesome You have experience working as an Accountant and/or in a Big 4 or similar You have experience working in a SaaS company You are able to multitask You are a friendly and social person What it's like to work with us Permanent contract Short work-day on Fridays 26 paid vacation days Free catered lunch at the office English/Spanish classes Referral program Continuous Training.
