Wizards in this role will ensure seamless experience to our users throughout their journey with Choco, be part of our support team and work hand in hand with the rest of our operations teams (Sales, Account Management & Vendor Management).
An important part of this job will also be to ensure that the orders go through smoothly between different stakeholders.
What you’ll do Provide service to our customers with a dedicated support tool, you will be directly in touch with our partners in order to answer their requests as fast as possible Maximize efficiency for onboardings and boost conversion rates with your detail-orientation and focus Contribute to the clean set-up of user accounts all around the world through a ticket backlog with a variety of cases will allow you to and at the same time give you an insight into the interesting world of restaurants’ secret ingredients Be the master brain of our internal tools such as salesforce and admin data entry.
While allowing each function to focus on growth, you will get insights into all aspects of our product and by giving feedback you will ensure that we not only grow externally but at the same time boost efficiency internally With this role, you will be play an important role for our internal product team who are seeking your feedback and suggestions for improvements on our workflows.
What we’re looking for Strong communication internal & external.
You communicate problems, system errors or other queries to your team and customers and you are comfortable on the phone able to adjust your tone to your audience.
Attention to detail.
Meticulous and a strong ability to remain focused.
Structure.
Very organised and able to handle multiple priorities.
French native.
Both written and spoken fluently.
