Identificar necessidades e demandas dos clientes por meio da análise de dados e feedbacks, propondo ações estratégicas para garantir a satisfação; Garantir uma experiência personalizada, sugerindo ajustes e personalizações nos produtos para atender às demandas específicas; Acompanhar o cronograma de entregas, monitorando etapas realizadas e mantendo contato com stakeholders para alinhamento estratégico; Coletar e analisar feedbacks após etapas importantes (como implantação ou revisão de resultados), gerando insights para melhorias contínuas e relatórios estratégicos; Promover upsells e cross-sells, identificando oportunidades de agregar valor ao cliente com produtos ou serviços adicionais, entre outras.
Requisitos.
- Formação superior em Administração, Marketing, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
- Pós-graduação em Customer Success, Gestão de Relacionamento com o Cliente ou áreas correlatas (desejável).
- Certificação em CX ou CS (desejável).
- Experiência mínima de 2 anos na posição de Customer Success Informações.
- Modelo de contrato.
CLT (remuneração fixa + benefícios) ou PJ (remuneração fixa) - Local.
