Tramitación de pedidos de reserva de kits, créditos, consultas de kits de préstamo.
Organización de las devoluciones y recogidas, y gestión de las solicitudes de comprobantes de entrega y de precios.
Gestión de correos electrónicos y llamadas entrantes.
Comunicación proactiva con clientes internos y externos.
Investigación y resolución de conflictos relacionados con facturas.
Registro y seguimiento de la resolución de problemas y de la comunicación correspondiente al cliente.
Asumir la responsabilidad de ejecutar tareas y apoyar a sus compañeros en una serie de áreas/procesos y consultas complejas.
Realizar la formación de los miembros más jóvenes o nuevos del equipo.
Trabajar con sus compañeros para organizar y priorizar eficazmente las tareas dentro de sus áreas específicas.
Trabajar en la mejora de los procesos con otros departamentos, así como en los procedimientos internos.
Realizar investigaciones de seguimiento para garantizar que el equipo cumpla con los KPI y los SLA.
Actuar como mentor de los Customer Service Representatives más jóvenes.
Tu perfil.
Esencial.
0-1 año si posee una titulación, más de 5 años de experiencia en el campo o en un área relacionada requerida si no se posee una titulación Se requiere experiencia/conocimiento en gestión de pedidos en contextos de servicio al cliente.
Conocimientos avanzados de MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Internet .
Buen conocimiento de sistemas ERP.
Deseable.
Nivel B2 de Inglés.
