Tasks Key Responsibilities.
The complete process of order acceptance combined with administrative activities Act as an intermediary to our customers Ensure that all customer agreements are defined and applied Proactively solving problems that could lead to customer dissatisfaction Ensure that transport planners are aware of the orders taken Collaborate with the operational and sales teams Requirements Have work experience in a customer service role - preferably in logistics Have strong communication skills and you are a real team player You are a precise worker Good knowledge of MS Office Have very good working knowledge of English Benefits A chance to contribute to significant business performance and supply chain innovations.
