Buscamos un/a Customer Service Representative con italiano nativo para unirse a una multinacional. La persona seleccionada será responsable de gestionar pedidos, ofrecer atención personalizada a los clientes italianos y asegurar una experiencia positiva a lo largo del proceso de compra. Se valorará positivamente la experiencia con el ERP Navision.
Responsabilidades
· Introducción y gestión de pedidos en el sistema.
· Atención telefónica y por email a clientes del mercado italiano y español.
· Asesoramiento sobre productos y resolución de dudas.
· Procesamiento y seguimiento de pedidos, desde la entrada hasta la entrega.
· Coordinación con los departamentos de logística y ventas para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
· Registro y seguimiento de incidencias.
Requisitos
· Italiano nativo (oral y escrito).
· Nivel intermedio o alto de inglés (mínimo B2).
· Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en entorno internacional.
· Conocimientos y experiencia con ERP, valorable Navision.
· Habilidades comunicativas, orientación al cliente y capacidad para resolver incidencias.
· Organización, atención al detalle y proactividad.
