Job Description.
This is your opportunity to join an expanding team ! Do you love customer service? At Foundever, we're growing and looking for a Customer Service Quality Specialist (QA) to join our team in Malaga.
Your mission.
Evaluate interactions with customers to measure service quality according to hospitality standards.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies and identify areas for improvement.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and prepare actionable reports.
Collaborate with training teams to update materials and conduct training on best practices in service.
Work with management to develop strategies that improve service delivery and customer experience.
Maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate insights to management.
Requirements.
University degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Native or bilingual Dutch and Advanced English (minimum B2), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
