Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Coordinate follow-up meetings with Italian-speaking clients.
Support the launch of new operations, from signing to go-live (technical setup, training, marketing coordination, etc.).
Monitor product performance and key KPIs.
Identify and suggest product improvements based on data and client feedback.
Provide timely responses in line with SHOTL’s SLA.
Escalate technical issues to the Product Manager and ensure resolution.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (IT, Product, Marketing).
Requisitos 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar client-facing roles.
High proficiency in Italian, Spanish, and English.
Strong understanding of mobility and public transportation.
Familiarity with product life cycles and operational workflows.
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Comfortable working across departments and with remote teams.
Flexible and responsive, with occasional availability outside standard hours.
A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to excellent service.
