Vallès Oriental Empresa industrial amb fort creixement internacional necessita incorporar un/a CUSTOMER SERVICE al seu equip d'Atenció al Client.
Les principals funcions seran.
-Recepció i gestió de trucades i mails de clients, resolució de dubtes i informació sobre els productes, tarifes, etc.
-Gestió de comandes de clients de la zona nacional i internacional.
introducció de la comanda al programa informàtic, ordre de fabricació, albarà i documentació per enviar els productes als clients).
-Coordinació i seguiment de les entregues.
- Facilitar tarifes i terminis d'entrega.
-Seguiment de les entregues i resolució d'incidències.
- Gestió de queixes per pèrdua o deteriorament, facturació incorrecta o serveis no satisfactoris.
- Saber captar i transmetre les necessitat del mercat i dels clients a la companyia.
Busquem a una persona amb alt nivell d'anglès.
Lloc estable, modalitat de treball presencial de dilluns a dijous de 8 a 17 i divendres de 8 1 4.
