Are you ready to make save saving time? We are looking for a multilingual Customer Support Representative in Barcelona to support our client in their customer satisfaction and growth goals.
Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be.
Reporting to the Customer Success & Operations Team Leader based in Barcelona Representing the company to increase customer and partner satisfaction (via phone and email) Handling partner relations tasks and contributing to company's growth Collaborating with the account management team to gather relevant information Pursuing parallel projects aligned with your skills and interests whenever feasible Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role.
You have a proficiency in the French Language You have a proefciency in Portuguese language You are able to speak English and Spanish with your colleagues You have a previous Customer Service or are willing to start your career in this field You familiar with IT tools & sofwtare You have amazing communication skills & are an active listener One of your quality is to be Customer-focused with the capability to adjust and respond to various personalities You have good analytical skills What's in it for you? A full-time job, 39 hours a week from Monday to Friday A permanent contract Salary.
