So besides having external client, we also work for the Bosch Group itself, helping colleagues and divisions in other areas.
As part of the Bosch group, we operate in one of its four main business areas – the Building and Energy Technologies unit.

You will be part of Bosch Service Solutions new project kick-start in and play a key role in its launching in Barcelona.

Main Responsibilities Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers Assist customers by providing information about products, resolving client’s queries, and explaining company policies Assist customers through various digital channels, reaching out to them if necessary Collaborate with different departments to find appropriate solutions for escalated cases Manage interactions on social media platforms to ensure timely and helpful responses to inquiries or comments Become the best brand ambassador, and provide an outstanding service to clients.
