LLUCH ESSENCE has been supplying the food and perfumery industry for more than 70 years, acting as agent and distributor of market leading products both nationally and internationally.The headquarters of our company are located in El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona) and has large facilities with more than 19,000 m2 distributed in offices, laboratory and warehouse. We also have Affiliates in Colombia, Mexico & Singapour, and two HUBS in India and China.We have a global presence in the 5 continents. We have a portfolio of more than 4,000 references that we supply to more than 750 customers.Would you like to join the CS team to continue developing as a professional and be part of Lluch's growth process?Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will ensure Lluch's service level by acting as a liaison between the organization and the assigned customer portfolio in accordance with the company's commercial and development strategies.For that reason, the functions to be performed in the position are the following:Customer representative in the organization: intermediary service between customers and other departments of the company.Providing a high level of service by answering customer queries via e-mail and telephoneCreation of commercial offers in the system according to customer requirementsReceipt, management and registration of sales orders in SAP: creation, confirmation, tracking and stock updates within the order until shipmentStock control: analysis and control of incoming stock in the warehouse giving the correct date and allocation in the open ordersManagement and tracking of sample orders according to their typology.Support and resolution of customer complaints, incidents and returns.Consolidation of loads according to orders in progressCreation and tracking of customer contracts in the system. Periodic review.Maintain and update customer database in SAP.Ensure proactive communication with customer: deadlines, delays, stock availability, etc.Handling and sending of specific documentation related to product and orders: letters of credit, certificates of origin, invoices, etc. And technical documentation (TDS, SDS, COA, Halal, Kosher...).Comply with the company's occupational health and safety regulations.Comply with both general and position-specific policies and procedures, as well as ensure the completion of all tasks within scope to facilitate the achievement of company objectives.QualificationsBusiness degree, FPII or similar (not limited)RequirementsKnowledge of F&F, chemical or similar.Advanced knowledge of the Office packageKnowledge of SAPKnowledge of International Trade (INCOTERMS)LanguagesSpanish: BilingualEnglish: AdvancedItalian: AdvancedExperienceFrom 2 years of experience in a similar positionLluch Essence is driven by diversity, equity and inclusion.
