Main Responsibilities Delivering a best-in-class consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions or issues regarding their orders, services etc.
through different channels (issues during pre-sales, mid-sales and after-sales) Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at a local market level into the CRM platform Managing cases and E-commerce questions using the software tools provided Core Skills/experience Able to work from Barcelona Enjoy taking care of and helping people Knowledge of Social Networks would be highly valued Team player who is also able to work independently Attentive, empathetic, flexible and proactive Good communication skills Passionate about sports Eager to learn
