Buscamos un/a Customer Service para una CMO farmacéutica.
Asumirá, entre otras, las siguientes funciones.
Gestión de cliente Coordinación de los departamentos implicados en el proceso productivo (Desarrollo, Producción, Garantía de Calidad, Planificación, Regulatorio) Mantener actualizada toda la información a través de SAP Asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos de entrega con el cliente, garantizando un nivel de servicio excelente Requisitos Formación en Farmacia.
Inglés.
bilingüe (imprescindible para la gestión de clientes internacionales) Experiencia de al menos 3 años en el desarrollo de las funciones descritas dentro del sector farmacéutico Imprescindible experiencia en entornos productivos Manejo a nivel profesional de SAP Beneficios Se ofrece la posibilidad de entrar en una compañía farmacéutica multinacional en pleno proceso de expansión y desarrollo, con las oportunidades de desarrollo de carrera que esta situación brinda.
