Uitdagende rol in eCommerce klantensupport Klanten helpen via telefoon en chat voor fijne online winkelervaringen Onopgeloste winkeloproepen afhandelen en vragen efficiënt registreren Prioriteit geven aan uitzonderlijke klanttevredenheid Zich houden aan projectspecifieke procedures Toekomstig potentieel voor het afhandelen van vragen via social media en e-mail Samenwerken als een team om de doelen te bereiken Wat je nodig hebt om te slagen in deze rol.
