Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Customer Retail and eCommerce Service Expert zijn onder andere:
Uitdagende rol in eCommerce klantensupport
Klanten helpen via telefoon en chat voor fijne online winkelervaringen
Onopgeloste winkeloproepen afhandelen en vragen efficiënt registreren
Prioriteit geven aan uitzonderlijke klanttevredenheid
Zich houden aan projectspecifieke procedures
Toekomstig potentieel voor het afhandelen van vragen via social media en e-mail
Samenwerken als een team om de doelen te bereiken

Vereisten
Wat zit erin voor jou?
1-jarig contract voor bepaalde tijd (proefperiode van 30 dagen)
Werktijden: MA - VR 08:00 - 21:00, ZA 09:00 - 17:00, ZO 11:00 - 17:00
Competitief pakket: €1450 per maand, max €1800 (maandelijkse bonus tot €150)
Maaltijdcheques: €7,23 per werkdag
Privegezondheids- en tandartsverzekering na 6 maanden
Verhuispakket voor niet-Spaanse bewoners: 12 maanden huisvesting in een gedeeld appartement voor €280 voor het hele jaar (afgetrokken van het salaris) + tot €400 vergoeding voor vliegtickets na 6 maanden
€20 maandelijkse transporttoelage
