I rollen som kunderådgiver vil du håndtere innkommende og utgående samtaler fra eksisterende kunder, i tillegg til chat-løsning.
Du vil hjelpe kundene med spørsmål om ordre og produkter på en måte som gjør at vi når målene våre.
Du vil jobbe fra våre nye og romslige lokaler i Benalmádena-Málaga hvor du vil bli en del av Concentrix familien.

- Besvare kundehenvendelser på inkommende telefonsamtaler.
- Besvare kundehenvendelser ved hjelp av chat-løsning.
- Besvare spørsmål og kundehenvendelser på SoMe-plattformer.
- Kontinuerlig fokus på å gi en fantastisk kundeserviceopplevelse til hver eneste kunde – inkludert fokus på å utvikle og forbedre kundeserviceopplevelsen.
- Følge prosesser og prosedyrer gjeldende for prosjektet.
- Jobbe i et team for å nå de målene som er satt.
Om deg.
- Du har Norsk som morsmål, eller behersker språket flytende.
- Du er flytende i Engelsk.
- Du kommuniserer godt, både muntlig og skriftlig.
- Du er datakyndig.
