Discover life at TheFork Customer Product Success Specialist As part of TheFork’s international growth strategy, we are building a new team focused exclusively on selling and supporting our restaurant reservation and management software – TheFork Manager – in new international markets.
We are looking for a Customer Product Success Specialist to train, onboard, and empower new restaurant partners, helping them make the most of our product from day one.
You will play a key role in enabling adoption, creating delightful onboarding experiences, and supporting our go-to-market success in countries like Ireland, Poland, UAE.
You’ll report to the Sales Manager New Markets and play a critical role in driving the success of new markets expansion.
What You’ll Do Onboard and train newly signed restaurant partners to TheFork Manager, ensuring a smooth start and high product adoption.
Partner with the Inside Sales team during the pre-sales process providing product expertise and tailored solutions to prospective restaurant partners.
Guide partner restaurants through the platform’s core features.
booking widget, availability setup, table and service management, and more.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping restaurants streamline their operations and digitize their booking processes.
Proactively identify opportunities for retraining and offer refresh sessions as needed.
Collect and share feedback from partners to help improve our onboarding flow and user experience.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Managers, and Product team to ensure alignment and deliver consistent value across the customer journey.
Stay up to date with product developments and ensure your stakeholders are informed.
Who You Are Experience in training, onboarding, or customer success roles — ideally in SaaS or tech environments.
A background in hospitality is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional languages like Polish, Arabic, French or Spanish are a plus.
Confident communicator who can simplify complex tools and engage a variety of customer profiles.
Empathetic, collaborative, and passionate about helping people succeed with technology.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving pilot context.
Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
