Mission The person in charge of this position will provide excellent customer service experience and will actively contribute to administrate the customer relationship management tool.
Functions Sales processes coordination and optimization role.
Support the implementation of the sales processes in the new systems.
Link between departments as marketing, communication, Business Analysis and development to coordinate new processes implementation.
Main contributor to improve the customer journey through the CRM tool.
Commercial Back-office role.
Support the Key account manager.
product quotation, non-conformities registration and follow-up.
Follow up customer payments and update the KAM.
Keep customer data updated in our management system.
Lease with the Regulatory department to request documents per customer requirements.
Customer order processing, SAP tool Manage and follow customer requests.
