Implementación de soluciones CRM Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
Colaboración con equipos internos para definir requisitos técnicos y de negocio.
Diseño y configuración de la plataforma CRM.
Desarrollo de documentación técnica y de usuario.
Resolución de problemas técnicos y consultas de los usuarios.
Participación en reuniones de proyecto y presentaciones a los stakeholders.
Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos y prácticas de trabajo.
Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias y mejores prácticas en Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos
Grado en Informática o campo relacionado.
Experiencia demostrable en la implementación de CRM Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
Conocimientos sólidos de tecnologías y lenguajes de programación relevantes.
Capacidad para resolver problemas técnicos complejos.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
Compromiso con la excelencia y la mejora continua.
Capacidad para adaptarse a un entorno de trabajo rápido y en constante cambio.
