Your Mission As an Account Executive – New Business, your mission is to build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals that drive real impact.
You won’t just be selling—you’ll be a strategic partner, helping organizations enhance their professional development capabilities.

We’re looking for ambitious professionals who are ready to take ownership, challenge the status quo, and make their mark.
What You’ll Do · Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
· Leverage multiple channels (calls, LinkedIn, email, automation tools, and more) to engage potential clients.
· Maintain a healthy, data-driven pipeline and be a CRM champion.
· Meet and exceed your sales targets—your success drives our success.
· Follow established processes for new partner acquisition and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
· Collaborate with our international New Business team to share insights and strategies.
· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights to continuously refine your approach.
·  Provide valuable feedback to marketing and management, ensuring our solutions evolve with market demands.
What You Bring to the Table· A university degree in business, economics, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in a similar B2B sales role within the SMB market.
· A proven track record of smashing quotas and delivering results.
· The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
· Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
· Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media.
· Experience in data-driven prospecting campaigns is a plus.
· Fluent in German(native or similar) + strong command of English.
