Responsible for global data research on social media/Internet and the ongoing maintenance of data in STR’s database (hotels).

Responsible for translating, planning, organizing, coordinating, creating the training material and training of new hires. Improved the best practices and procedures of the team to make our work more efficient.

Created step by step manuals and handbooks for Pfizer’s Intranet Department of Commercial Training & Development. I planned and coordinated training events of the Spanish branch. Moreover, I was responsible for the department control of the budget, submitting purchase orders and had various administrative duties. In addition, I became a member of the Centre of Excellence Workstream For the Training Technical Workstream project during one of the company’s restructuration periods.
