Customer service role, handling 80-100 calls per day, consisting of booking requests and customer enquiries.

Full time work in a healthcare setting, supporting and caring for people with learning difficulties, mental health issues and the elderly. Experienced challenging behaviours, serious illnesses, people with lack of verbal or physical independence, brain injuries and disabilities of all ranges. I worked with a variety of organisations and out in the community. I gained certificates in First Aid, Moving and Handling, Medication and Aggressive Behaviour.

Responsible in the planning and delivering of effective stakeholder relations activities for our rail/highways projects. Community relations and pubic facing role, with the development of stakeholder communications materials. Includes involvement in various positive community programmes e.g. school visits, charity work, environmental contributions.
