Converting incoming calls, emails and online chats from enquiries into sales. Listening and understanding clients’ requirements for their ideal holiday to the correct resort and accommodation.  Looking after the booking from the initial enquiry until the client returns from their holiday, thus looking after the entire administrative process. Compiling and sending out Travel Agent Contracts. Editing and improving the documentation that is sent out to the client. This role involved working from home as well as in the office.
