Qc / process engineer

Execute daily tasks of quality related with the clients, projects under study and sales. Preparation and planning Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Project Specific Quality Plan and check-sheets for the tenders and orders. Revision of all design activities to ensure conformance with project specifications. Prepare the qualifications documents for the oil and gas companies (such as REN, ENAGAS, REPSOL, TIGF) and final clients acc. to their own specifications, monitoring all qualification process on the work site. Preparation of standard technical documents of the company and development and implementation of project specific procedures (mechanical laboratory, NDT, coating, production) and manufacturing procedure specifications (MPS). Conduct Internal Audits to ensure that all Engineering procedures have been properly implemented. Study of non-conformities after audits in order to solve them through processes implemented. Approval of the production orders (PO), ensuring that inspection requests are implemented. Preparation of TDC (Technical Delivery Conditions) for the incoming material (coil, flux and wire). Revision and approval of the final QC Dossier before delivering.

Responsible for the management and preparation of documentation prior to oil and gas projects, such as inspection procedures, according to specifications and established conditions.
Management and coordination of human resources, materials and NDT equipment available adjusted to the conditions and specifications of the project, as well as audits for solving technical problems, timing and implementation of preventive, corrective and improvement actions during production. 
Collaborative teamwork with other departments in order to solve non-conformities through the processes validation
by statistics methods.
Coordination and daily supervision of the assembly and installation activities of the work equipment prior to production, as well as its distribution in plant and set up. Always in charge of a multicultural and multidisciplinary team of 10/15 people. 
Responsible for the interpretation of the NDT data carried out by operators, supervising the tasks, records and reports according to the procedures and health and safety requirements (HSE) established. 
Daily control of production and direct daily contact with the client to analyse the results obtained throughout the production, as well as their needs and thus adjust the work plan within the preventive and predictive framework. 
Responsible for the development and evaluation of the various inspection parts adapted to the project, as well as the cutting-edge technology used.

Research & development of my Master thesis based on a study, optimization and analysis between Phased Array (PA) technology and Laser Ultrasounds System (LUS) to scan aeronautical components of composite material.
