Process design with approved engineering standards
Process Simulation with Aspen HYSYS: Steady State
Process Calculations (Line sizing, gravity flow) / Hydraulic Calculations / Pressure Safety Valves Calculation
Equipment Process Data Sheets Preparation (Pumps, Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Miscellaneous, Storage Tanks)
Instrument Data Sheets Preparation
Control Philosophy / Cause & Effect Matrix Documentation
HAZOP Study Participation
Vendor Communication / Technical Assessment of Quotations
Check of existing system adequacy for the revamp conditions
Modelling of Flare Network (Verification of Pressure Safety Valves), Blowdown System Evaluation
Data gathering study in coordination with site personnel
Line List, Tie-in List and Equipment List, Heat & Mass Balance Preparation
Creating P&IDs and PFDs for process units in refineries by using CAD and AVEVA program.
Performing site surveys and developing of As-Built P&IDs

Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining the control and follow-up of the parameters in multicolumn distillation unit
Controlling and reporting the quality of the products in the process
Provide effectivity and stability of the production
Taking role in projects aiming the improvement of effectivity of the production
Taking role in hazard operability studies (HAZOP) and determining atmospheric explosion (ATEX) zone
