Part of the PERTAMINA ROSNEFT PENGOLAHAN DAN PETROKIMIA process team for Tuban Project in the ITB (Invitation to Bid) phase. ITB documentation preparation for the Detail Engineering and construction of Grass Root Refinery, Petrochemical and Aromatics Complex Project in Indonesia, ranked as 13 Nelson Index - processing 300,000 BPSD of medium grade crude blends (31º API to 28º API) and targeting the production of Gasoline, Middle Distillates, Petrochemical Commodities, Aromatics, etc. Main activities:
 Developing Design notes/modifications for EPC Contractors.
 Developing ITB general and specific documentation from process.
 Developing ITB Scope of work (including interfaces between Contactors).
 Developing templates, specifications and technical requirements.
 Clarification to Bidders.
