Process engineer

Process engineer with a focus on pressure-relieving devices: evaluation of process upsets that may lead to specific design requirements for equipment design and dynamic effects.
Design pressure safety valves and flare system
Mayor activities:
-Pressure-relieving devices sizing modeling using Aspen Hysys and in-house Software, complying with international regulations as API 520/521/526,  NFPA 20, and ASME I & VIII, besides client's standard.
-Flare system modeling using FlareNet
-Development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation, Diagrams (P&IDs), and Design Pressure Design Temperature Diagram (DPDT).  
-Hydraulic calculations and line sizing.  
-Technical support during HAZOP sessions.
-Collaboration with different disciplines implied during the engineering development

-EPC Project for SAUDI ARAMCO.Marjan Increment Program Tanajib Gas Plant. Saudi Arabia.
-Competitive FEED Project for INEOS. Project One: Utilities, Power, Infrastructure of and Ethane cracker and propane dehydrogenation in the Port of Antwerp. Belgium
-EPC Project for SONATRACH. Hassi Messaoud oil refinery. Algeria.
-EPC Project for SAUDI ARAMCO. Clean Fuels Project new SWS facility Ras Tanura.

Management of innovation projects focused on the area of energy solutions collaborating with startups and universities.

-Coordination of multidisciplinary teams between the different parties involved(partners-Acciona) to carry out innovation projects in the different lines of business using Agile methodology
-Scouting: Analysis and contact with startups globally.
-Reports: Creation of strategic reports for business lines in the energy sector.
-Participation in brainstorming sessions to define new business models within Acciona'sglobal strategy.

Development of a new product's creation with similar characteristics to instant noodles.
Support in different activities of the R&D department and the quality department
