I began as Reseller Manager in charge of the business with the SIs and Resellers and in 2004 I has been promoted to Channel Manager. I was responsible of all the Citrix business in Iberia Region including Distributors, Systems Integrators and Resellers, the revenue growth from 3 M$ in 2001 to 23 M$ in 2010.
In these 8 years, I won the President’s Club prize 3 times, 2 of them in the Circle of Excellence and the Club 100% another 4 times.
My main objectives were, first… make numbers… and second… manage the channel, aligning them with our objectives, training them and the recruitment of new channel.
In 2011, I was promoted to Sales Manager Corporate, to increase the direct presence in the End User Motion, working closely with the rest of departments of the company like Pre Sales, Consulting, Support, Legal and Finance. I won the Club 100% in 2012.
