•	Lead generation: I sourced customers from new markets previously not explored by the company and actively maintained a pipeline of 300 leads per week. Techniques used: email marketing (average 35% open rate and 15% click rate), LinkedIn Marketing (LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms), created snap videos for different market segments, online networking.
•	Lead qualification: I was able to quickly verify and align product features to customer needs. Techniques used: lead scoring resulting in time optimization, cold calling (average 40 calls per day, 30% engagement), follow-up (maintaining long-term customer relationships).
•	Product demos: I personalized customer webinars to tailor the software to the client adding significant perceived value (15-20 demos per month); I consulted clients on the product features that were most relevant and useful for their business model (including up-selling / cross-selling IT products/services).
•	Identifying new markets: I researched new customer and product bases and penetrated new markets (in diverse regions: South America, Spain, United States, England and Asia-Pacific);  I personally sought out and brought on board major companies such as Mondelēz International, General Mills, Pissa Corps, Bayer AG, Uriach Group, Sanofi, Aldi Spain.
•	Product launches: I designed integrated marketing strategies (social media and email) and ran campaigns for new and modified Twona products to existing clients (new departments) and previously qualified leads with less budgets (small companies and individuals).
•	Customer Service: Following a successful closure, I was the point of contact for 15 key accounts which included on-going customer care.

•	Market Research: Under my supervision, my team analyzed trends in the market, including customer purchase channels, to readjust our core business to suit the needs and preferences of the customer. We also transitioned from a physical to digital store within 5 months (resulting in 60% increase in sales).
•	Product Expansion: I led the expansion of the product portfolio and took new acquisitions to market, creating a triage of product lines which included premium, mid and economic purchase options. This greatly expanded the customer base and we saw an increase in sales across all areas, resulting in the physical expansion into three new locations. 
•	Brand Awareness: I coordinated product sampling campaigns to create brand awareness and boost customer engagement, resulting in greater public understanding of our brand and a downward brand extension (from luxury to all-inclusive). Consequently, we were able to penetrate new markets without compromising quality. We achieved an 80% increase in online traffic. 
•	New Partnerships: In one year, I established major partnerships with market leaders (NAPA, Pep Boys, Nisshinbo, Bosch, Nikomoto) via cold calls and attending networking events regionally (Latin Autopart Expo, Panama).
•	Referral Marketing: We nearly doubled our clientele via a customer referral program.

•	Market Research: I designed a research strategy to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic customer motivations resulting in purchasing. Via the campaign, we gained new insights into our customer base and we were able dramatically increase our brand awareness within a niche market.
•	Sponsorship: Based on new market insights, I learnt that customers would feel more closely aligned with our brand if we were active in the industry and supported local events. We launched a sponsorship program in Leeds and Huddersfield which gave us access to an elite client group and improved our brand position. 
•	Marketing campaigns: Given the age bracket of our customer base, we realized that email marketing was the most effective. I designed and executed several email campaigns, resulting in engagement with new 

investors and elite customers. We greatly expanded our product base and gained 60% new subscribers to the newsletter.
•	Networking: I represented the company at auctions and high-profile events (Formula 1 races). During my time with the company, we became known as one of the top suppliers in the UK.
•	Budget management: I worked together with the CEO to determine expenditure of the annual marketing budget (£250,000).
