While it may sound cliché, we’re looking for a someone with customer account (Walmart) experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business Reporting to a senior member of the key account management team, you will be part of a diverse sales team and will work closely with the wider Sales, Category and Marketing teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to be responsible for the planning and delivery of growth plans in and beyond.
You will establish and maintain close customer relations with our most high profile account – Walmart and ensure that sales targets are met in a cost effective manner.
Also critical in this role will be to understand customer strategy, implement customer specific listing and promotion plans and achieve Annual Business Plan and Forecasting through pro-active measures with existing customers as assigned.
The role demands a great deal of commercial acumen, project involvement and reviewing crucial data, so is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a variety of tasks whilst keeping close to the details and numbers.

Here are some of the things that we’re looking for.
• Master/Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing or similar • Significant Sales experience in FMCG (preferably in Personal Care) • Good understanding of our respective retail landscape, in particular Walmart • Experience in using Retail Link System • Experience in the follow up and development of Joint Busines Plan • Ability to negotiate, influence and make bold decisions • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and functions • Fluent in both Spanish and English   What we offer A diverse and nurturing ‘can do’ working culture with the following benefits.
