¿Qué harás? Strategic Workspace Management.
-Define and maintain standards for digital workplace environments (hardware, software, peripherals).
-Lead the lifecycle management of corporate devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones), including acquisition, deployment, leasing, and retirement.
-Oversee setup and maintenance of meeting rooms and ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Supervise the use and effectiveness of MDM platforms (e.
., Microsoft Intune), ensuring alignment with security policies.
-Maintain accurate inventory tracking and documentation of configurations and procedures.
-Manage the relationship with digital workplace service providers, ensuring SLA compliance.
User Lifecycle Management -Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding IT processes (account management, device provisioning, access rights, data backup).
-Coordinate user modification requests, including hardware upgrades, software changes, and access adjustments.
Projects & Continuous Improvement -Lead or participate in digital workplace projects for existing sites and new office openings.
-Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for user experience in office tech implementation.
-Identify opportunities to optimize service delivery, enhance productivity, and increase user satisfaction.
-Collaborate cross-functionally and with vendors to implement new workspace technologies.
Support & Service Oversight -Act as escalation point for digital workplace issues and complex user incidents.
-Support technical teams with guidance and documentation.
-Manage vendor performance, ensuring continuous improvement and service optimization.
¿A quién buscamos? -Proven experience managing digital workspace environments in mid-to-large organizations.
-Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune (or equivalent MDM solutions).
-Experience in device lifecycle management, mobile line administration, and leasing contracts.
-Skilled in project management and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
-Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on user satisfaction.
-Experience managing third-party service providers and overseeing SLA compliance.
-Intermediate to high level of English (spoken & written).
Desirable.
-Microsoft 365 / Intune certifications.
-Experience in FMCG or multinational companies.
-Knowledge of hybrid/remote work environment management.
