Um unsere Entwicklung weiter zu optimieren, suchen wir Sie als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich HR für interessante Aufgaben und Herausforderungen am Standort Kirchheimbolanden Ihre möglichen Verantwortlichkeiten im Überblick Unterstützung der administrativen Prozesse, von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt Unterstützung bei abrechnungsrelevanten Themen Unterstützung bei verschiedenen HR-Projekten Pflege und Verwaltung der internen HR-Website Selbstständige Bearbeitung von speziellen Aufgaben; wie Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter, Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien Ihr Profil Studiengang der Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften vorzugsweise mit Spezialisierung Personal, Organisation oder Psychologie Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und schnelle Auffassungsgabe Gute Kenntnisse des Microsoft Office Paketes, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil Ergebnisorientierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit Gute Sprachfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift) Global Terms of Use and Privacy Statement Carefully read the BorgWarner Privacy Policy before using this website.
