En Proman Spain, estamos buscando a un/a Transport & Customer Support Specialist para una importante empresa ubicada en Gavà.Tus funciones como Transport & Customer Support Specialist serían:
Coordinar la operativa diaria de transporte terrestre.
Hacer seguimiento de servicios en tránsito: tiempos, localización y cumplimiento de entregas.
Atender llamadas, correos y consultas de clientes relacionadas con recogidas, entregas, rutas e incidencias operativas.
Gestionar y registrar reclamaciones o no conformidades.
Registrar pedidos, solicitudes y documentación en el sistema (TMS, ERP, CRM)
Requisitos:
Formación en Logística, Comercio, Administración o similar.
Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en atención al cliente o gestión operativa dentro del sector transporte/logística.
Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión logística: ERP, CRM.
Nivel medio-alto de inglés (valorable otros idiomas)
Contrato: Sustitución o interinidad Educación mínima: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior Nivel profesional: Empleado
