TRAINING SPECIALIST (TEMPORARY CONTRACT)

TRAINING SPECIALIST HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO.
Your key responsibilities will be.
Manage cGMP personnel training files and qualification records in the electronic DMS (Veeva) and LMS (SuccessFactors).
Execute LMS administrative tasks such as curricula updates and assignment tracking.
Collaborate with SMEs to perform Training Impact Assessments tied to document changes.
Ensure accurate execution of training-related SOPs and internal procedures.
Maintain training compliance data and support audit/inspection readiness.
Uphold Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity standards.
Your responsibilities will also include.
Utilize business intelligence tools like Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau to generate and analyze training reports.
Respond to and resolve training-related requests and tickets through ServiceNow.
Support project and training activity tracking via Smartsheet.
Follow defined requalification cadences and ensure timely completion of assigned training.
Carry out additional duties as assigned to support compliance goals and operational needs.
EDUCATION.
High School Diploma.
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline EXPERIENCE.
1-3 Years experience in the biotechnology/biopharmaceutical industry, or other regulated industry.
Preferably in Quality Assurance and/or Training / document control.
1+ years administration experience in an eDMS and/or eLMS – preferably SuccessFactors / Plateau and/or Veeva CONDITIONS.
