And don’t forget about our free lunches :)Work with us—boost your skills!About the role: The aim of the role is to ensure proper process flows revision, description and maintenance within the Treasury department as well as to educate Treasury team members on the mentioned topics. to collect performance KPIs statistics and to ensure workflows internal control.What will you do:Describe existing and new operation workflows in Accounting/Treasury/Legal department (collection of all data in Confluence)Review process/flows instructions and update as appropriateDevelop the process of workflow hygiene maintenance and internal control for TreasuryConduct internal control for Treasury workflowsMonitor correct execution of processes, collect and communicate the feedback and errors to the teams and TLsDeliver training on new processes Deliver onboarding of newcomers and ongoing training programs based on the needs analysis and the business goals of the Treasury operations;Review the training plan progress, collect feedback and needs;Drive continuous improvement activities;Initiate creation of new processes (flows) and improvements of the existing onesRequirements:Strong analytical skills: ability for systematization of diverse and large pieces of information, build workflows taking into account the cross functional interactions, attention to detailsTraining facilitation and presentation skills: ability to deliver timely, clear instructions, focused and clear presentation of the materials;Organizational skills: good in organizing training sessions and coordinating people; Strong interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills;Time management and multitasking skills: within the limited timing organizes work effectively, able to set up the priorities.Confidently influence without authority;Ability to build strong & trustful relationships with the people you work withLanguages: fluency in English (oral and written)Education and Experience:2 years of experience within the similar position Previous experience with procedures and instructions writingPrevious experience as a mentor is a plusBenefits: From your first day:Competitive salary based on experience and skills.Healthy lunches from our catering partners (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available).Daily fresh fruits, healthy snacks and a full stocked kitchen.A computer of your choice (Windows or Mac) - not applicable for some positions*.No dress code policy.Free Parking Space for your car.Flexible Working Schedule (you don’t have to be worried about running 5 minutes late).100% Covered 30 days/year of sick days.Career development upon business needs.Team buildings and two corporate parties a year.23 Paid Vacation Business Days.After a probation period:Private health insurance.Coverage for up to 50% of your language classes, sports membership, and mental health support.Relocating to Barcelona?
