Estamos buscando incorporar a una persona para realizar las funciones de asistentecia al departamento de Customer Service para nuestra planta en Mondragón.
La persona que se incorpore se responsabilizará de gestionar las necesidades de los clientes desde la recepción del pedido y asignación de plazos hasta su entrega y posterior facturación, realizando los planes de expedición necesarios.
Atenderá a las incidencias de mercado que surjan.
Las tareas a realizar serán las siguientes.
Grabar en sistema de pedidos firmes.
Grabar en sistema de planes de entrega.
Confirmar pedidos diarios y dar plazos.
Carga EDI.
Gestionar documentación relativa con las empresas filiales Crear y mantener los datos maestros en el sistema relativos a la parte comercial (clientes, precios…).
Mantener una comunicación constante con los clientes, delegaciones y gestores comerciales.
Analizar los sistemas vigentes y proponer nuevos procedimientos que mejoren los ya existentes.
Requirements Inglés B2.
Orientación al cliente.
Se valorará tener conocimientos en SAP.
