The selected person will perform the following tasks.
Responsibility Offline Technical support.
Daily Technical support to Service Center.
Internal technical support for pending, complaints and legal cases.
Repair quality monitoring and continuous improvement.
Technical onsite visit in ASC.
Technical Support Call Center.
Online (Call Center) support for technical escalation, identify typical issue and create internal FAQ.
Weekly Crisis management Meeting with Online team.
Technical and product training.
Technical and repair training to ASC.
Product training to ASC and Call Center.
Product VOC monitoring and reporting.
