You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll be in charge of the recruitment of a wide variety of engineering and management roles.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business and HR.
We’ll look to you for.
Look after the end to end recruitment process .
Partnership with Business Hiring Managers and HR in order to identify necesities and review the scope of the roles.
Job posting and job specification revision for external and internal advertisements on LinkedIn and on ALSTOM job web.
Sourcing and headhunting actively on the main job platforms.
Assess potential candidates during screening calls and job interviews.
Elaborate candidate reports for Hiring Managers and HR.
Handle all TA platforms to ensure the completion of the recruitment process at all stages.

Experience dealing with recruitment within Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering or related sectors.
Strong communication skills to ensure a good alignment with Hiring Managers and HR.
It would be a plus to be familiar with Success Factors or similar ATS.
It´s mandatory a high command of english, at least B2-C1 level and native in Spanish.
