TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Hello! At Factorial we're looking for a new Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us boost the People Team to the next level.
The Role As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization at all levels of seniority.
Your main focus will be for GTM positions (Sales, Customer Experience and Marketing) for the Spanish, Italian and Portuguese markets.
You will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Team Leads to understand their requirements, drive the recruitment process, and ensure the seamless integration of new hires into our organization.
Your ability to identify and engage with exceptional candidates will directly contribute to our company's success in building innovative and high-performing teams.

anage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring teams, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
onduct thorough screening of candidates through resume review, phone interviews, assessments, and behavioral interviews to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
ork closely with the different teams to understand their needs and priorities and advise them during the process.
e creative and propose action plans to continually identify new talents.

nsure the best Candidate Experience all along the in all the stages of the recruitment process.
ourcing the passive candidates and engaging them into our process from different channels.
elp the team with different side projects as People Analytics, Recruitment Training, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion and much more!Your ProfileProven experience as a recruiter tackling different teams/markets, preferably in a fast-paced technology company.
omfortable working on diverse positions throughout the organization, specially.
sales, customer experience, finance and marketing.
n-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methodologies.
trong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build reports and establish effective working relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
xcellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a timely manner.
amiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
bility to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
roficient in English.
