TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Co-Worker with a solid background in recruitment and its tools. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping our sustainable and continuous growth and success.Your tasks: - Based in our Spanish office, you will be part of our enthusiastic German Talent Acquisition team and in charge for the Talent Acquisition process in your area of responsibility.- Working closely with the hiring managers, you will develop appropriate search strategies, identify candidates and approach them directly via social networks (Xing, LinkedIn, etc.). Your open-minded approach will inspire them to work with us.- Coordinating and conducting job interviews (telephone/video) in cooperation with the Hiring Managers.- You will also be responsible for building and maintaining your own candidate network.- Depending on your interests, you will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for and drive your own projects within your area of responsibility.Your profile: - You will impress with your communication skills, your proactive and independent way of working and your enthusiasm for the IT industry.- A successfully completed degree, ideally in business administration, business psychology or a comparable qualification with an HR focus forms the basis of your qualifications.- You have at least 3 years of experience in active sourcing and hiring for positions in the IT environment.- You are familiar with all relevant search tools and social media platforms and have ideally already worked with applicant management systems.- Knowledge of German labor law is an advantage, as you will also be responsible for drawing up employment contracts and advising the Hiring Managers on law issues.- You are fluent in German & English.- You are a team player, enjoy recruiting and want to be part of a dynamic team in an innovative company.
