Overview of tasks.
First point of contact for technical assistance Setup and maintain computers and peripherals Install and configure software as per specifications Manage IT components in the Datacenter Identify and order equipment shortages Maintain and publish internal knowledge base documentation Manage system monitoring and backups Ensure office security Troubleshoot and resolve issues What we expect.
Competence in diverse system landscapes Experience with Windows OS (Windows 10 / Server ) Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, WDS, Group Policy Objects, Exchange Server) Advantageous to have knowledge of virtualization (VMware) and basic networking (Cisco) Fluent English communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Flexibility, reliability, and high-quality standards We will need these documents.
