What you’ll do Change Management.
Manage and execute changes, p roviding assistance in new projects during all stages, including design, planning, delivery, assessment, operation and maintenance Incident Management.
Performing troubleshooting and error handling for O.
., Database and HW infrastructure layers until issue definitive resolution within the agreed SLA.
The aim is to minimize the service outages due to any reason, with the highest quality in the incident resolution.
Problem management.
avoid repetitive incidents, identify and solve the root causes.
If needed, engage external stakeholders and lead the final implementation of the solution to the problem.
Guarantee the required security obligations across the entire perimeter of the platforms under its responsibility  (Security activities patching, vulnerability, hardening) according to the best practices and company procedures.
Periodic monitoring of platforms, performance tuning, capacity planning and trend analysis Who you are Core competencies.
Managing and supporting a mixed environment of Windows, RedHat, HP-UX, Solaris, Linux and the others Operating Systems most used Knowledge of databases  Oracle and the others most used Problem solving skills and attitude to manage emergency situations to deliver results and improve performance Good knowledge of automation solutions (Ansible, Big Fix, Git, Python) Managed projects with high complexity   Must have technical / professional qualifications.
University degree.
faculty of Computers, or Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology Junior Profile with Experience in similar position (Max 2 years) Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) Not a perfect fit?
