SUPERVISOR (SPANISH-SPEAKING) - ON-SITE - FASHION INDUSTRY

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Supervisor- (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits.
- Full time 39 hours/week contract.
Monday to Saturday to - Salary euros gross/year + up to euros gross/year in bonus- Great office location in Barcelona - Friends hunting (referral) bonus - Career development program and specialized courses What youll experience with us As a Supervisor in our team, you will.
- Monitor and report team performance - Give agents feedback on their individual performance preferably on a weekly base to improve and motivate their daily work - Motivate as a team leader controlling turnover and retaining potential and motivated team members - Participate in the recruitment process close to HR Department giving an update from the needs and interviewing as a second interview the candidates who passed the HR interview - Organize and optimize shifts - Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts), log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA - Prepare Service Level Reviews and attend Service Level Review meetings - Collect metrics, analyze these and report to customer / management / quality team.

- Are proficient or bilingual in Spanish and advanced in English - Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications.
