SUPERVISOR (ENGLISH-SPEAKING) - HYBRID

We are looking for a English-speaking Supervisor (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

What you will do in this role As a Supervisor on our team, you will.
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the clients plans and vision and communicate them to the team - Organize workflow and ensure that the BDMs understand their targets and tasks - Monitor the team’s productivity (KPIs), quality, and provide constructive feedback and coaching through 121s and team meetings - Maintain schedules and personnel records - Single point of contact for teams and management - Prepare and submit performance reports - Hire and onboarding new BDMs - Ensure adherence to legal and cultural policies and procedures from Webhelp and the Client and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you.
- Are proficient or bilingual in English, French, Italian or German are a plus! - Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role - Are able to learn and adapt quickly to changes - Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Have outstanding organizational and leadership skills - Have knowledge of MS Office, Excel - Are able to inspire and motivate to deliver against daily / weekly / monthly targets If you feel you don’t check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
