Descripción Act as the liaison between HR teams, payroll service providers, and local tax authorities in the countries where we operate.
Support employees in all their doubts and needs.
Coordinate and manage the collection of necessary payroll data from each country, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
Ensure that payroll providers comply with local laws and regulations and work closely with them to resolve any issues.
Stay updated on labor, tax, and social security laws in the countries where we operate, with a focus on Spanish legislation.
Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly, acting as the primary point of contact between company staff and external payroll providers.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? The candidate must have.
More than 4 years of experience working as a Payroll Specialist, and at least some as team leader.
Background in Law or Employee Relations.
Fluent in English (a must).
Literate in HR ERP's, mainly related to Payroll systems, and Office (Excel).
Team player, good communication skills and keen on analytics.
Ability to make processes more efficient.
