SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT - ALL LEVELS

The Solutions Consultant (II and III) positions for FedEx Dataworks (FDW) leverages developed technical expertise and advanced communication skills to source, analyze, and support client needs throughout product and sales lifecycle.
This position helps drive adoption of our products, services, and new ventures to both prospective and current clients.
As a Solutions Consultant III, you will be required to conduct discovery calls, draft and deliver presentations, demonstrate the features of company products, assist Product teams in creating customized technical solutions for the client, and ensure the Integrations team has all the documents and artifacts needed to execute customized solutions for our clients and stakeholders.
Acquire expertise in the technical requirements of FedEx Dataworks product and service as they become available.   Assist Product Management with technical conversations, discovery calls, and solutioning sessions for products and services as they move through the alpha and beta phases.  Support technical conversations with prospects and partners for products and services in general availability.  Lead external SaaS presentations of Fedex Dataworks products and have reasonable and realistic understanding and scoping of technical requirements and considerations for integrations with products and services for current partners and prospects.  Review partner technical requirements to make recommendations to Product Management, Strategy, and Integrations.  Own responses to technical inquiries from prospects and partners, like RFPs and Security Questionnaires.  Work with UX team to create targeted demos for new products and services when needed.  Provide market feedback to Product Management teams.  Assist Product Management with Sales team and Partner Success team enablement.     Skills/Abilities:    Strong prospect- or client-facing presentation skills.   Strong understanding of web architecture and APIs.   Ability to read and understand HTML/CSS/JS.   Ability to create big-picture software solutions.   E-commerce and/or Supply Chain experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in designing, maintaining, and/or implementation of solutions to complex business situations or one (1) year of experience in the Solutions Foundations program.
Experience is specifically related to the department's specialty.
A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Proficient in business software, spreadsheet applications and/or graphics or web development.
Ability to plan and work on multiple assignments concurrently.
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of three to four (3 - 4) years of direct field experience in functions related to designing, maintaining, and/or implementation of solutions to complex business and technical situations or experience closely related to the field and job duties.
A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements.
Background in computer science, information technology or software engineering.  Domicile / Relocation Information.
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States.
