Develop a social media content calendar (Mainly LinkedIn & Instagram).
Create engaging and visually appealing posts, captions, and graphics that resonate with our target audience.
Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
Develop and implement strategies to encourage active participation and collaboration among our followers.
Motivate and inspire them through regular interaction and by sharing success stories, industry insights, and career advice.
Respond to inquiries and provide guidance to our candidates.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Identify and research potential new customers using LinkedIn and other industry-specific platforms.
Develop and maintain a database of leads and contacts for targeted outreach and follow-up.
Assist in creating and implementing strategies to engage with potential customers and nurture relationships through email campaigns, networking events, and other channels.
Develop targeted messaging and materials for outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and branding guidelines.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience with social media management, community management, or content creation.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop or any CAD software is highly desirable.
Fluency in English is a must, other languages as French or Italian ar great plus.
Passion for the fashion and luxury industry, with knowledge of current trends.
Ability to tailor messages to different platforms and audiences.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
