Sobre la posición.
Tu misión será asegurar que todos los servicios de FM (mantenimiento, limpieza, seguridad, gestión energética, gestión de residuos, etc.) se entreguen de manera eficiente, rentable y alineada con los objetivos operativos y estratégicos de su cliente principal.
Funciones.
Coordinar y gestionar las diferentes subcontratas tanto directas como indirectas para dar servicio a fábrica.
Utilizar Six Sigma para analizar la cadena de valor completa de los servicios de FM en las distintas ubicaciones del cliente.
Identificaría oportunidades para optimizar procesos, reducir costos y mejorar la calidad de los servicios.
Gestión operacional por KPIs, en el sector de Integrated Facility Management según los acuerdos.
Contacto con cliente y análisis de puntos de mejora.
Requisitos.
Al menos 5 años de experiencia previa trabajando con experiencia comprobada en Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, para IFM en el sector de automoción o alimentación.
Formación en Ingeniería o Formación comprobada en Green Belt, Black Belt o Six Sigma.
Nivel intermedio-alto nivel de inglés.
Disponibilidad para realizar un proyecto de 6 meses con posible incorporación permanente.
