SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER:RADIO PLANNING AND OPTIMIZATION

Role Purpose/Business Unit.
To analyse network performance, conduct site planning, optimisation, and customer care.
Your responsibilities will include.
Conduct Radio Network Planning, provide motivations for RF design solutions, integration, and post implementation verification of 2G/3G/4G/5G sites, (Greenfield, Rooftops, IBS, Small Cell, CEs, and Special Events).
Ensure planning tool and databases are accurate at all times.
Manage all customer related queries until resolved.
Supporting Customer Care, VIP Escalations, PM, Property and EBU/CBU departments.
Conduct drive tests, provide analysis, and implement solutions on major routes, centres as well as customer queries.
Conduct statistical root cause analysis.
Investigate and resolve all network quality faults received from network quality, network performance, CIC, management and the NMC.
The ideal candidate for this role will have.
Matric Certificate essential Minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant cellular networks experience essential.
Valid Driver’s Licence essential 3-year Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Degree is advantageous Computer applications (e.
., MS Office) GSM Knowledge GSM, UMTS, LTE & 5 knowledge, Network components Analysis tool (e.
., Actix, Sonar, Atoll) Statistical tools, Sonar, Atoll Huawei U Statistical Network Performance Tools We make an impact by offering.
